Every story has a beginning. Ours started in a small kitchen with a ten-year-old girl baking her very first cake.
What began as curiosity soon turned into a passion. From attending baking summer camps to spending hours practicing and experimenting at home, baking slowly became a part of everyday life. Like many childhood passions, it paused during the busy years of high school — but the love for it never truly went away.
After finishing school, baking found its way back again. In the first year of college, a bold decision was made to take a break and move to Mumbai to study the science and art of professional baking and patisserie. That experience transformed passion into skill and discipline. After returning, a nutritionist course further deepened the understanding of ingredients, balance, and mindful baking.
Back home, the journey continued with constant practice, recipe development, and taking small orders from the home kitchen.
And when the time felt right, Maison Mithas was born — a cloud patisserie built on passion, craftsmanship, and a love for creating meaningful desserts.
